At the Investigation Children and Youth, we work to make a difference in the lives of children and young people, always with their best interests in focus. Children and youth are part of the Individual and Family Care (IFO), and we work in three smaller units consisting of 14 social workers (including one senior), 2 group leaders, and an engaged unit manager. JOB DESCRIPTION

As a social worker, you will be responsible for authority exercise, investigation, and follow-up of interventions for children and youth aged 0-20 years and their families. You will work from a systemic theoretical perspective, focusing on identifying the strengths, resources, and risks of the family and network. An important part of your work is to listen to the families' own solutions, with a particular focus on the children's experiences, and to follow up that the interventions implemented truly contribute to a positive change. The participation of the child and youth is fundamental, and as a social worker, a key part of your mission will be to build relationships and motivate positive change to find individual solutions that make a difference in the lives of children and families.

QUALIFICATIONS

Formally, you need to have a degree in social work, and we prefer that you have experience in authority exercise. Authority exercise within children and youth is highly meritorious, as well as a B driver's license.

You are also self-sufficient and have the ability to understand other people's perspectives or situations without losing yourself in others' feelings, and you understand the role of an authority figure.
